A boutique-sized pool that packs a punch in style and craftsmanship. Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets pool is visually stunning day or night offering guests a sublime experience in the middle of the CBD.
Undoubtedly one of the most recognisable pools we have ever built is the pool at Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets. Our work on this project included the creation of the infinity pool structure, hydraulic systems, commissioning and of course tiling.

Located on the Level 4 podium, the 11m x 2.5 pool was created with a mixture of cast and pour and shotcrete techniques to provide a robust structure. The balance tank sits neatly under the infinity edge on the street-facing side of the pool for convenience, and gives bathers an unobstructed view across the city to the Eastern Suburbs.

The Tessellated Tiles selected for the pool’s internal finish are a nod to the 19^th Century cottages that were built in Adelaide. Similar design touches are used throughout the hotel in guest rooms and public areas.

2022 Swimming Pool and Spa Association Award Results

Hydrilla entered Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets into the 2022 Swimming Pool and Spa Association Awards for Excellence. The pool was recognised by industry peers and achieved:

• Gold Winner –  Commercial Pool Over $500,000 – South Australia
• Gold Winner – Commercial Pool Over $500,00 – National
